We offer both private guided bike tours and self-guided audio tours. Our guided tours are led by knowledgeable locals, while our self-guided tours allow you to explore Copenhagen at your own pace with GPS-triggered audio commentary.

You can book a tour directly through our website by visiting the Booking Calendar. Select your preferred tour and date, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation.

💰 3. What is included in the tour price?

For guided tours, the price includes bike rental and the services of a local guide. Helmets are optional and can be rented for an additional fee of DKK 45 per person. Self-guided audio tours include access to the audio content but do not include bike rental, entrance fees to attractions, or headphones.

🚲 4. Do I need to bring my own bike?

For guided tours, we provide standard city bikes with coaster and front brakes. If you prefer a bike with free wheels, you can rent an orange Donkey Bike and receive a DKK 75 discount per ticket. For self-guided tours, you will need to arrange your own bike.

Yes, our tours are family-friendly. We can include stops near playgrounds or suggest places to enjoy a lunch or snack along the route to accommodate families with children.

Our guided tours are available in English and Danish. We also offer tours in Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese upon request. Self-guided audio tours are available in English, Chinese, German, Dutch, and Swedish.

❌ 7. What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the activity and receive a full refund. For self-guided audio tours, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance.

📍 8. Where is the meeting point for the tours?

Unless otherwise agreed, the meeting point for guided tours is at Rainbow Square (Regnbuepladsen), located adjacent to Copenhagen City Hall Square. This central location is easily accessible and serves as a convenient starting point for our tours.

🎒 9. What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for cycling and a water bottle. For self-guided tours, ensure your smartphone is fully charged and bring headphones for the audio commentary.

📲 10. How do I access the self-guided audio tour?

After booking a self-guided tour, you will receive instructions on how to access the tour. Typically, this involves downloading the iZi Travel app and entering a provided tour code.
